Important Information & Guidelines for Accommodation Package
  • Transfers (Pickup & Drops) from Airport, railways station or bus stand are not included in the package
  • Hotel Check-in time is 3.00 pm & Check-out time is 12.00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out will be only subject to availability.
  • Any incidentals such as Internet (other than complimentary basic Wifi), Mini Bar, Room service, laundry and telephones etc. will be settled by the guest directly at the time of check-out.
  • You are requested to carry a photo ID proof required by the hotel at the time of check-in.
  • Children under 8 years & younger will not incur any fees. Children over 8 years old will be subject to additional accompanying person fees.

  • Workshops can only be booked in conjunction with a valid Conference Registration Package.
  • For registration packages that indicate Workshop Registration Included, the workshop participation fee is already covered within the package.
  • However, participants must still select their preferred workshop topic from the dropdown menu during registration.
  • Workshop seats can only be confirmed if the correct workshop selection is made at the time of registration.
  • Failure to select a workshop may result in the inability to reserve a seat in the desired session.
  • Standalone workshop registrations are not permitted. A workshop registration is valid only when accompanied by a Conference Registration Package.

GUIDELINES

REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

Only one registration package may be selected per participant.

Workshop-only registrations are not permitted.

Master Class seats are limited and will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Residential package availability is subject to room inventory and accommodation capacity.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Requests for cancellation for refunds must be emailed to the conference secretariat at info@aoraglobal2027mumbai.com | conferences@vamaevents.com

  • 25% of the amount paid will be deducted for cancellation made up to 30th October 2026.
  • 50% of the amount paid will be deducted for cancellation made up to 31st December 2026.
  • 75% of the amount paid will be deducted for cancellation made up to 31st March 2027.
  • No refund will be made for the requests made after 1st April 2027.
  • Registration is not transferable.
  • Refunds will be made post conference.

Please note: The GST paid during the registration cannot be refunded as it will be paid to the Government on a monthly basis. GST no. once mentioned cannot be modified later. All receipts are auto generated and cannot be changed.

Online processing fee charged at the time of registration process cannot be refunded.
